Wide Belt Linishing Sander Belts

Wide belt linishing sander belts are designed for high-volume sanding, calibration and finishing of hardwood, softwood, MDF, plywood and engineered timber products. The range includes PS28F belts for hard and soft wood applications where durability and long abrasive life are essential, alongside PS29F belts optimised for efficient stock removal and consistent finishing on softer timber materials.

Available in grit sizes from P60 for rapid material removal through to P180 for finer finishing, these wide sanding belts are ideal for panel preparation, calibration sanding and surface finishing. Suitable for furniture manufacturing, joinery and woodworking production environments, they deliver uniform finishes, reliable performance and excellent abrasive life across large surface areas.
