Backing Pads

Backing pads for die grinders provide a secure mounting platform for quick release abrasive discs, allowing fast disc changes and consistent grinding, blending and finishing performance. Designed for use with Klingspor QRC555 quick release discs, they are ideal for surface preparation, weld blending, deburring and finishing applications on metal, stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.

Available in 25mm, 38mm, 50mm and 76mm diameters with medium and firm density options, these backing pads allow users to match pad flexibility to the application. Medium pads offer improved conformity on curved surfaces, while firm pads provide greater support for flat surfaces and aggressive material removal.
