Description
The 1.0mm SG2 (G3Si1) MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 15Kg (Basket) is a copper coated solid MIG welding wire manufactured to EN ISO 14341-A G3Si1 classification for single-pass and multi-pass welding of unalloyed and low-alloy carbon-manganese steels. Produced using virgin raw materials sourced from specialised steel mills, the wire provides exceptional consistency, reliability and weld quality. Designed to deliver excellent mechanical properties at service temperatures down to -40°C, SG2 (G3Si1) offers stable arc performance, smooth weld bead appearance and dependable welding characteristics across a wide range of fabrication applications. Vacuum-sealed packaging prevents moisture absorption, whilst the fitted alignment hole clip and precision layer wound basket metal spool ensure smooth and reliable wire feeding throughout the spool life.
