Broaching Cutters

Broaching cutters for mag drills are designed for fast, accurate hole production in structural steel, plate, box section and other ferrous metals. The range includes HSS broaching cutters for general-purpose drilling and TCT (tungsten carbide tipped) broaching cutters for increased durability, faster cutting speeds and improved performance when machining harder materials and high-volume applications.

Available in diameters from 12mm to 60mm with cutting depths of 25mm, 30mm and 50mm these annular cutters remove only the material required to create the hole, improving efficiency compared to conventional twist drills. Ideal for fabrication, engineering, construction and steelwork applications, they deliver accurate holes, reduced drilling times and long service life.
