Superon Super Optimal 7018 S Electrodes are basic heavy-coated electrodes engineered for superior performance on medium and high-strength steels, including those with up to 0.4% carbon content. These low-hydrogen electrodes deliver excellent weld quality, outstanding mechanical properties, and dependable toughness—even in extreme cold down to –50°C.

Ideal for structural and critical welding applications, the 7018 S provides smooth operation, easy slag removal, and superb arc stability across all positions.
