Studs

Studs provide a strong, reliable fastening solution for mechanical, structural and engineering applications where permanent or semi-permanent threaded fixings are required. Designed as headless fasteners with threads at both ends or along the full length, studs allow components to be secured using nuts at either end, providing accurate alignment and consistent load distribution across the joint. Commonly used in machinery assembly, flanged connections, structural steelwork, pipework, plant installation and maintenance applications, studs are ideal where repeated assembly and disassembly may be required without damaging the parent material. Manufactured to DIN 975 standards, they support secure clamping and dependable performance in demanding workshop and site environments.

Supplied in commonly used metric diameters and lengths, studs are available in a range of materials and corrosion resistant finishes including BZP, stainless steel A2 and A4 to suit internal, external and demanding environments. Selected for consistent thread accuracy, secure engagement and suitability for professional trade and engineering use, studs provide a dependable solution for load bearing and precision fastening applications.
