Superon Super Optimal 7016 Electrodes are premium low-hydrogen MMA (stick) electrodes designed for welding carbon-manganese and low-alloy steels. With a rutile-basic coating, these electrodes offer excellent arc stability, low spatter, and easy slag removal, making them ideal for structural, pipeline, and pressure vessel applications.

7016 electrodes provide good impact strength and crack resistance, even in low-temperature environments. Their low moisture absorption also helps reduce hydrogen-induced cracking in critical welds.
