Gas Lens Cups

Gas lens cups for TIG 18 torches provide enhanced shielding gas coverage for water cooled TIG welding where arc stability and finish quality are critical. Designed for use with TIG 18 gas lens bodies, they promote smooth, laminar gas flow around the tungsten and weld pool, reducing turbulence and improving shielding compared with standard ceramic cups.

Available in commonly used sizes and standard or large profiles, TIG 18 gas lens cups offer heat resistance, consistent geometry and dependable performance for repeatable welding on stainless steel, aluminium and other thin gauge materials.
