Gas Lens Bodies

Gas lens bodies for TIG 18 torches provide enhanced shielding gas control for water cooled TIG welding where arc stability, weld penetration and finish quality are critical. Designed for TIG 18 torch systems, they promote smooth, laminar gas flow around the tungsten, reducing turbulence and improving weld pool protection compared with standard collet bodies while allowing greater tungsten stick out and improved access.

Available in standard and large configurations across commonly used tungsten sizes, TIG 18 gas lens bodies offer precise fit, consistent gas distribution and dependable performance for clean, repeatable welding results.
