Low Amperage Performance with Precision Arc Control

2% Ceriated tungsten electrodes (Grey Tip)contain approximately 2% cerium oxide, a non-radioactive rare earth element that enhances arc starting and stability, especially at low amperage. Ideal for both AC and DC welding, they offer excellent performance for orbital tube, pipe, and sheet metal welding.

While suitable for higher current use, prolonged exposure to high heat may concentrate cerium at the tip, reducing performance benefits. Best results are achieved with a pointed or modified point geometry.
