Description
A Philidas® Turret self locking nut is an all-metal locking hexagon nut designed to provide a secure friction grip between the nut and bolt threads. The Turret variant incorporates an extended collar design, enhancing the prevailing torque and improving performance in demanding applications.

Manufactured from corrosion resistant A2 (304) stainless steel, these nuts feature a one-piece all-metal construction with a slotted collar that de-pitches the threads to create the locking action. Suitable for use in both high and low temperature conditions, they provide reliable performance in applications requiring resistance to vibration and environmental exposure.
