The 1.2mm Corten R Flux Cored MIG Wire Weld Star Dual Core Pack 16Kg is a seamless rutile flux-cored welding wire specifically developed for welding weathering steels and atmospheric corrosion resistant structural steels. The seamless wire construction provides outstanding resistance to moisture absorption, producing very low hydrogen weld deposits that minimise the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking. Designed for use in structural fabrication, bridge construction, transport manufacture and architectural steelwork, Corten R delivers a smooth, stable arc, excellent weld bead appearance and reliable mechanical properties. Suitable for all-position welding using COâ'' or mixed shielding gases, it offers excellent operator appeal and dependable welding performance in demanding outdoor environments.
