The 1.2mm Dual Core 70M Metal Cored MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 16Kg is a seamless metal cored welding wire manufactured to EN ISO 17632-A and AWS A5.18 E70C-6M H4 classifications. Designed for high productivity welding of structural steels, pressure vessels, pipelines and offshore fabrications, Dual Core 70M delivers a remarkably stable arc with virtually no spatter and excellent weld bead appearance. The seamless wire construction provides extremely low diffusible hydrogen levels below 3ml/100g, helping reduce the risk of hydrogen cracking whilst maintaining exceptional toughness and mechanical properties. Suitable for automated, robotic and orbital MAG welding applications, it offers outstanding wire feeding characteristics and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
