Description
The 1.2mm HF600-G Hardfacing MIG Wire Weld Star Dual Core Pack 15Kg is a seamless metal cored hardfacing wire manufactured to EN ISO 14700 T Fe2 classification. Designed for the repair, rebuilding and protection of components subjected to severe abrasion and moderate impact, HF600-G deposits a martensitic weld metal containing finely dispersed hard carbides. The alloy provides an excellent balance between abrasion resistance, friction resistance and impact toughness, making it ideal for applications in mining, quarrying, agriculture and heavy engineering. The seamless copper-coated wire construction ensures excellent feeding characteristics, low moisture absorption and consistent welding performance.
