Description
The 1.2mm Dual Core 81R Flux Cored MIG Wire Weld Star Pack 16Kg is a seamless rutile flux-cored welding wire developed for the welding of high-strength structural steels where excellent toughness and reliability are required. The seamless construction minimises hydrogen pickup, reducing the risk of hydrogen-induced cracking whilst maintaining exceptional mechanical properties. Designed for all-position welding with both COâ'' and mixed shielding gases, Dual Core 81R provides a smooth, stable arc, excellent slag detachability and a uniform weld bead profile. It is ideally suited to demanding structural, offshore, shipbuilding and heavy fabrication applications.
