Description
The 1.2mm ER 316L-T0 MIG Wire Weld Star Dual Core Pack 15Kg is a rutile flux cored stainless steel welding wire designed for gas-shielded arc welding of molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. Classified as AWS A5.22 E316LT0-1 / E316LT0-4, it produces a low carbon 19% chromium, 12% nickel and 3% molybdenum weld deposit that provides excellent corrosion resistance and dependable mechanical properties. Featuring exceptional resistance to moisture pick-up, the wire delivers attractive bead appearance, automatic slag release, very good penetration and excellent radiographic quality. Optimised for flat and horizontal welding positions, this precision layer wound wire ensures smooth feeding and high productivity across demanding stainless steel fabrication applications.
