High-Performance Nickel-Based Alloys

Weld Star Alloy 625 is a premium-quality high nickel alloy TIG wire designed for welding and cladding nickel-chromium-molybdenum-based alloys such as Inconel 625 and other similar grades. This filler metal provides outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance across a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic conditions up to 540°C.

Specially drawn for a cleaner weld finish, Alloy 625 offers excellent ductility, a bright weld seam, and superior pitting and stress corrosion resistance. It is ideal for demanding applications in marine engineering, aerospace, nuclear reactors, and the chemical processing industry.
