Gas Lens Cups

Gas lens cups for TIG 20 torches provide enhanced shielding gas coverage for air cooled TIG welding where arc stability, weld penetration and finish quality are critical. Designed for use with TIG 20 gas lens bodies, they promote smooth, laminar gas flow around the tungsten and weld pool, reducing turbulence compared with standard ceramic cups and improving gas coverage.

Available in commonly used sizes with standard and large profiles, TIG 20 gas lens cups offer heat resistance, consistent geometry and dependable performance for clean, repeatable TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium and other thin gauge materials.
